The Akins are three brothers and a dad whose faith and family values shape everything they do. Their musical talent, tight family harmonies, and live instruments create a unique sound that is enjoyed by all ages.

The Akins have a strong desire to strengthen and encourage the church. Their passion for Jesus is real. They strive to let their stage be an altar and encourage others to use their stage, no matter how big or small, to impact the kingdom of God. Powerful music combined with inspirational testimonies and messages make The Akins a perfect fit for your next concert, revival, or crusade.

In recent years, God has nationally expanded The Akins' ministry with their fresh sound and original songs. They have had multiple chart-topping songs including their recent #1 song, "I Want My Stage To Be An Altar." They are two time "Horizon Group of the Year" nominees by Singing News Magazine, and have received multiple nominations at the Inspirational Country Music Awards, including "Entertainer of the Year," "Vocal Group of the Year," and "Christian Country Song of the Year."

The Akin family has been a blessing to our family for more than 30 years and we have observed the boys as they have grown into very talented young men. We know the Akins as neighbors and friends and consider them to be one of the most promising gospel and instrumental groups in the Christian music industry today.

The Akins absolutely blew us away at the Georgia Baptist State Evangelism Conference! They are not only one of the most talented groups I have ever encountered, but they are also among the most spiritual. These guys genuinely love the Lord Jesus and it shows. It was such a blessing to get to know this family personally in the months leading up to the conference. The Akins are for real and I highly recommend this incredible group to you.

I am writing to let you know about a very unique family in our church. David Akin was called into music evangelism at Harp's Crossing nearly 25 years ago. David and his music ministry have been such a blessing to me and to Harp's Crossing. David and his wife Lagene have three sons, Dave, Nick, and Eli. As their sons grew older, they joined him in the ministry. All of the boys are now married and continue to be part of the ministry. It is a "for real" family affair! I can vouch without reservation for their walk with the Lord. It was my privilege to counsel each of the boys along with their brides-to-be and it was my honor to perform their weddings.

The Akins are incredible in concert! They do all of their music live. They have written many of their songs and they also incorporate many of the old hymns that we all love to hear. All of the boys are very gifted and play various instruments. They appeal to people of all ages.

I believe that you will be blessed by The Akins. I hope you will take the time to check them out. There are many wonderful groups out there, but I believe you will find The Akins unique.

It is my personal joy to recommend to you The Akins as an inspired, gifted, singing family marked with integrity and commitment to Jesus Christ. The Akins recently sang at our Evangelism Conference here in Georgia. What a blessing they were to all of us! We will certainly look forward to using them again. An important factor always in considering someone who will bring music for your event has to do with the spiritual depth of the group. Upon hearing The Akins, there is a profound and immediate comprehension that here are folks who love the Lord and who walk with Him closely throughout their ministry.

If you want to have musical worship that will long be remembered and that will inspire your people, I highly recommend that you consider inviting The Akins.

Every now and then an artist comes along that you just know is appointed to move peoples hearts. Though it doesn't happen often, The Akins are one of those rare exceptions. Not only is their musical and writing talent inspiring, they perform it at the highest level of professional abilities. If you have the opportunity to experience The Akins, take advantage of it. You won't be sorry!

In a world where music is created by a computer and words can be empty cliches, The Akins are real.

Their music is refreshingly honest and unassuming, yet their acoustic skills are honed to fine art. Their melodies give you the feeling that you've heard The Akins forever, but you've never heard anything quite like them. Their lyrics take a familiar truth and deliver a powerful message with a wink at normality. Their hearts are evident in the words they sing. They want their stage to be an altar, their songs to speak to the soul and their audience to have a genuine encounter with God.

A broken world needs real compassion and honest truth. The Akins are a perfect fit.

Have you been praying that God would send a genuine, spirit-filled revival that would draw crowds of all ages; a revival that would not end just because the week is over?

I would like to introduce you to The Akins, an anointed ministry made up of a father and his three sons. The Akins have a special way of ministering to your people on stage and off with their musical talent, entertainment, and ministry-minded hearts. Their style of music has the unique ability to appeal to people of every age. During a revival your people will genuinely be excited about a week filled with professional, entertaining, spirit-filled music and messages—excited enough to invite family and friends.

Off stage, The Akins seek to minister personally to the hearts of your members before, during, and after services. The Akins understand that ministry is not sparked by just entertaining from a stage. It's kindled over meals, in conversations, and in time spent with church members.

The Akins end every revival with a full length concert, drawing crowds that might not normally attend a regular church service. If you have almost given up on having revivals, consider giving The Akins a chance. Their unique music and message is a fresh take on an old tradition.

The Akins are impressive as musicians, vocalists, and songwriters yet I'm most impressed by their love for God and their fellow man. This love permeates their performances. Their concerts are entertaining. Their purpose of promoting the Good News is evident. Their connection with their audience is real.
